Apex Fintech Solutions is seeking a Director of Relationship Management to cultivate and deepen relationships with our largest clients. You will report to the Head of Relationship Management and drive tailored financial solutions, revenue growth, and high client satisfaction.

The role requires a strong background in financial services, leadership, and the ability to manage complex, strategic accounts across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of relationship management experience in financial services.
• FINRA SIE, Series 7 & 63 licenses required.
• Proven track record growing large, complex client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for enterprise clients and address their financial needs.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to position the company as trusted advisor.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with clients to discuss performance and solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure top-tier service levels.
• Identify opportunities to deepen client engagements and profitability.
• Lead, coach, and mentor relationship management staff.
