Job summary

Apex Fintech Solutions in New York seeks a Director of Relationship Management to lead and grow our strategic enterprise accounts. You will cultivate trusted advisory relationships, align financial solutions to client goals, and drive revenue growth across complex portfolios.

Reporting to the Head of Relationship Management, you will develop account plans, lead quarterly business reviews, coordinate with product, risk, and operations teams, and mentor a high-performing team to deliver

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or related field.
10+ years in relationship management within financial services.
FINRA SIE, Series 7 and Series 63 licenses required.
Proven success managing and growing large, complex accounts.

Responsibilities

Cultivate and maintain relationships with enterprise clients.
Develop and execute strategic account plans to position the company as a trusted advisor.
Lead quarterly business reviews with clients to discuss performance metrics and opportunities.
Coordinate with risk, operations, credit and compliance to ensure service excellence.
Drive revenue growth and profitability through client initiatives and cross-sell.
Mentor relationship management staff and promote a collaborative team environment.
