Job summary

BeOne Medicines Ltd. is seeking a Director, GTS Enterprise Quality Technology to lead enterprise QMS platforms and Veeva Quality deployments. You will translate QA requirements into technology plans, manage budgets and external partners, and ensure validated, compliant systems across GxP environments.

This role demands hands‑on Veeva administration, strong vendor management, and collaboration with Global Quality, site Quality, and GTS to deliver scalable quality technology solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience with QA business processes such as document control, training, deviations, CAPA, change control, complaints, audits, quality risk management, supplier quality, and inspection readiness.
• Hands‑on configuration and administration of Veeva Quality applications and related QA systems.
• Ability to translate QA requirements into technology plans and delivery
• Familiarity with 21 CFR Part 11, data integrity, and CSA expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead GTS delivery, deployment, and operational support for enterprise QMS platforms and QA systems, with emphasis on Veeva Quality applications.
• Manage application operations including incident and problem management, enhancements, configuration oversight, release coordination, and lifecycle planning.
• Oversee enterprise QMS deployments, enhancements, and project delivery in pharma/biotech life sciences environments.
• Translate QA business requirements into practical technology plans and delivery commitments in partnership with stakeholders.
• Provide hands‑on leadership for Veeva deployment activities, including requirements clarification, design input, testing coordination, and post‑go‑live stabilization.
• Ensure QA systems stay validated and compliant by following SOPs, change control, release management, validation, CSA, data integrity, access management, and lifecycle procedures.
