Job summary

Toyota Financial Services, based in Plano, TX, seeks a Director of Quality Engineering to own the enterprise testing strategy and quality across SLDC and AI DLC. Lead the QA organization, drive standards, and align with Agile Delivery and DevOps practices.

You will shape the testing mix (auto/manual/integration/performance) and oversee data management, ROI tracking, and cross-domain collaboration to enable reliable, scalable software delivery.

Qualifications
