Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15+ years of related experience.
• PMP or PgM certification required.
• Experience with integrated design-build and other delivery models.
• Strong leadership for a large, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise project controls strategy and governance.
• Establish project controls approaches for design-build and other delivery models.
• Strengthen budgeting, earned value management, forecasting, and change management.
• Develop leading indicators, dashboards, and actionable insights for margin and risk.
• Collaborate with executives to improve predictability and profitability.
