Job summary

Eastern Kentucky University seeks a Director, Enterprise Platform Services to provide strategic and operational leadership for the university's enterprise technology platforms and infrastructure services.

Responsibilities include enterprise architecture, cloud strategy, platform modernization, technology roadmaps, service delivery, staff supervision, vendor management, and governance with stakeholders across the university.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a closely related field is required.
• A master's degree is preferred.
• Three years of related work experience required with server operating systems, directory services, networking, and messaging systems.

Responsibilities

• 35% - Design and implement enterprise architecture, cloud strategy, and platform modernization.
• 35% - Enterprise technology operations, reliability and governance.
• 30% - Leadership, portfolio management, and institutional partnerships.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or related field

Minimum Qualifications

Experience: Three years of related work experiencerequired. Demonstrated experience in working knowledge of serveroperating systems and administration, directory services,networking administration, and messaging systems.
