Job summary

Prologis is seeking a Director of Enterprise Performance Management to design and lead an integrated system that ties enterprise strategy to plans, resources, and performance metrics. You will unify strategic planning, forecasting, and leadership insights across Finance, Strategy, Data, and Operations.

The role emphasizes building trusted information, leveraging AI to forecast and identify risks, and driving actionable decisions that improve execution and business results.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in enterprise performance management, planning, and analysis.
• Ability to connect financial and operating plans with strategic priorities.
• Experience designing or improving forecasting, reporting, and decision-support processes.
• Familiarity with AI and advanced analytics in forecasting and risks.
• Experience partnering with Data/Tech teams on analytics platforms and planning tools.
• Strong financial acumen including investment evaluation and driver-based reporting.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement an EPM model linking strategy to plans, measures, and routines.
• Lead annual and long-range planning, forecasting, scenario planning and resource allocation.
• Translate priorities into measurable goals, initiatives, owners, milestones, and decisions.
• Connect financial plans with business cases and performance results for leadership insights.
• Establish KPIs, definitions, reporting standards, and review processes.
• Identify AI capabilities to improve forecasting, surface risks, and support decisions.
• Partner with Tech/Data to deliver data products, platforms, and planning tools.
• Prepare insights for senior leaders on investments, priorities, and risks.
• Establish routines for timely decisions with clear accountability and actions.
• Build cross-functional partnerships to align processes and outcomes.
• Lead adoption of new processes and tools through training and engagement.
• Develop and mentor a team of professionals in analytics and planning.
