Job summary

The Director of Enterprise Performance Management at Prologis will design an integrated system linking Prologis’ enterprise strategy to business plans, resource decisions, performance measures, and leadership actions.

This leader will bring together strategic planning, financial planning, forecasting, operating metrics, and decision support to help leaders understand performance, assess trade-offs, and respond to changing business conditions.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading enterprise performance management, business planning, financial planning and analysis, strategy execution, or a related function.
• Strong understanding of how financial plans, operating plans, performance measures, and strategic priorities connect.
• Experience designing or improving enterprise planning, forecasting, performance reporting, or decision-support processes.
• Working knowledge of AI and advanced analytics, including how to identify appropriate business applications.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement an enterprise performance management model that connects strategic objectives to business-unit goals, operating plans, measures, and management routines.
• Lead annual and long-range planning, forecasting, scenario planning, and resource allocation processes.
• Translate strategic priorities into measurable goals, initiatives, owners, milestones, and decision points.
• Connect financial plans, business cases, operating metrics, and performance results for leadership decisions.
• Establish enterprise and business-unit KPIs, reporting standards, and performance review processes.
• Identify and implement AI and analytics capabilities to improve forecasting and surface risks and opportunities.
• Partner with Technology and Data teams to define data products, platforms, analytics, and planning tools.
• Prepare insights for senior leaders on investments, priorities, and risks.
• Establish planning and performance review routines with clear accountability.
• Lead and develop a team of professionals in performance management and analytics.
