Prologis is seeking a Director of Business Architect to lead cross‑functional transformation efforts. You will translate strategic priorities into actionable architecture artifacts, enable value-driven decisions, and partner with FP&A, IT/Data, and leadership to align business and technology roadmaps across the enterprise.

You will drive capability modeling, operating models, and governance, while identifying automation and AI opportunities to improve outcomes and margins.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business/enterprise architecture or related transformation discipline.
• Experience building business capability models and operating blueprints used by stakeholders.
• Experience linking architecture to KPIs, cost structures, and financial planning.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain an enterprise capability model across Prologis lines.
• Translate strategy into architecture artifacts: maps, value streams, operating blueprints, journeys.
• Align architecture with finance, operating models and governance.
• Facilitate senior stakeholder workshops; map current-state and future-state needs; define KPIs.
• Build business cases through cost modeling, risk assessment, and margin optimization.
• Establish architecture standards, taxonomies, templates, and governance practices.
• Engage leaders to identify automation, AI opportunities and present roadmaps.
