University of Chicago Medicine is seeking a Program Director, Enterprise Performance and Optimization to lead the development and ongoing management of the system's enterprise performance scorecards and reporting framework.

You will ensure standardized definitions, targets, data sources, and reporting across multiple entities, partnering with Strategy, Finance, and clinical leadership to drive data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Experience with enterprise performance reporting and scorecards.
• Experience presenting to senior executives and boards.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and management of enterprise performance scorecards.
• Coordinate reporting across UCMC/Hyde Park, Ingalls, Northwest Indiana, and system entities.
• Standardize definitions, data sources, reporting periods, and thresholds.
• Identify inconsistencies and lead standardization across scorecards.
• Develop enterprise inventory and governance for performance measures.
• Coordinate recurring enterprise performance reporting for executive leadership.
