Formación

• Master’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• Seven years of leadership experience in health care administration, operations, strategy, or performance improvement.
• Experience advising senior leaders and executives, including synthesizing complex information and recommending actions.
• Proven ability to supervise, coach, and develop professional staff and foster high-performing teams.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement performance measures, governance, and executive reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Own and lead the enterprise clinical performance and strategic execution portfolio.
• Translate executive priorities into annual operational and strategic roadmaps with milestones and owners.
• Advise executives on priorities, sequencing, resource tradeoffs, and readiness for implementation.
• Direct high-visibility cross-functional initiatives from authorization through execution and evaluation.
• Establish governance structures, charters, reporting, escalation, and accountability routines.
• Chair or lead enterprise initiatives and advisory groups within the portfolio.
• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Clinical Performance team and align work with goals.
• Supervise, coach, and develop staff with ongoing feedback and career development.
• Set performance expectations and ensure timely, quality outputs.
• Oversee team deliverables for accuracy and alignment with priorities.
• Foster collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability culture.
• Allocate workloads, monitor capacity, and deploy resources effectively.
• Develop team capabilities in strategic planning and performance improvement.
• Be the final accountable leader for performance and outcomes produced by the team.
• Prepare executive-ready meetings and governance materials with clear decisions and actions.
• Maintain integrated view of commitments and dependencies across the enterprise.
• Lead benchmarking, analyses, and performance reviews to generate actionable recommendations.
• Partner with clinical, operational, financial, and administrative leaders to improve outcomes.
• Define KPIs and benefit realization for initiatives and intervene when needed.
• Determine readiness to transition initiatives into routine operations.
