Catalyst Physician Group is seeking a Director of the Patient Contact Center to lead enterprise call center operations across multiple physician practices and centralized access functions.

You will drive scalable strategies for scheduling, registration, digital engagement, and patient experience, partnering with IT and operational leaders to implement AI-enabled tools and data-driven performance management.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; master's preferred.
• 10+ years healthcare operations experience.
• 5+ years leading call center analytics and dashboards.
• 5+ years coaching teams of 30+ hourly staff.
• 3+ years enterprise-wide patient access leadership.
• 2+ years implementing AI-enabled tools.
• Lean/Six Sigma experience preferred.
