Atlas Van Lines seeks a Director of Network Services to lead its Infrastructure & Operations, delivering enterprise-wide infrastructure, end-user support, and cybersecurity-aligned services. The role shapes IT strategy, drives operational excellence, and oversees budgets and vendor partnerships.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in technology leadership, with strong stakeholder management and a proven track record of delivering results in a complex enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in technology leadership.
• 3+ years of leadership involving strategy development, budgeting, organizational planning, and team management.
• Proven ability to create a vision, gain alignment, and deliver results.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Infrastructure & Operations strategy aligned with business and IT objectives.
• Lead enterprise infrastructure including networks, servers, storage, virtualization, communications, backup, and data center operations.
• Oversee the Service Desk and Desktop Support teams to ensure an exceptional employee technology experience.
• Establish standards, governance, monitoring, disaster recovery capabilities, and operational procedures.
• Partner with business leaders and IT stakeholders to understand needs, prioritize investments, and deliver business value.
• Manage operating and capital budgets, vendor relationships, and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity leadership to ensure infrastructure aligns with security strategies and compliance.
• Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team.
