Qualifications

• 7–12+ years in management consulting, integration management, transformation, or enterprise PMO leadership.
• Experience leading large cross‑functional integration or transformation programs.
• M&A integration, carve-out, outsourcing transition, or enterprise operating model change preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration management across the business.
• Translate objectives into an executable integration roadmap with milestones and owners.
• Drive accountability for pre-execution planning, synergy targets, and Day 1/Day 100 priorities.
• Stand up IMO governance structures, decision forums, and reporting cadence.
• Support executive reviews and issue resolution sessions.
• Identify, monitor, and elevate integration risks and dependencies.
