Job summary

Brink's is seeking an Organization Design & Workforce Planning Lead to drive workforce planning, design analyses, and talent insights for a scalable, future-state organization. You will partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and the IMO to inform integration decisions and governance actions.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision support, dashboards, and leadership-facing materials, requiring strong analytical skills and cross-functional collaboration across a large global operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, Finance, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in workforce planning or organization design.
• Strong analytical and data management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce planning and organization design analyses to support integration and future-state design.
• Develop workforce dashboards, reports, and analytics for leadership decisions.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Legal and IMO to align workforce assumptions and decisions.
• Identify workforce risks and mitigation strategies for leadership consideration.
• Create executive-ready materials for governance forums.
