Job summary

Brink’s is seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Lean Operations to lead the enterprise-wide transformation toward operational excellence. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Engineering, or Supply Chain.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Lean, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence roles.
• Experience in multi-site operations or logistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of Lean strategies to support growth and efficiency.
• Champion continuous improvement across all functions and levels of the organization.
• Own and execute the Lean Roadmap with core methodologies across regions and units.
• Partner with leaders to coach and develop Lean capability and behaviors.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and Value Stream optimization to eliminate waste.
