Job summary

Brink's is seeking an Organization Design & Workforce Planning Lead to drive workforce analytics, design future-state structures, and support integration programs. You will partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and the IMO to build data-driven strategies and actionable recommendations.

The role requires designing scalable workforce plans, leading cross-functional workshops, and producing executive-ready analyses for leadership reviews. A strategic mindset and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in workforce planning, organization design, HR transformation, or related disciplines.
• Strong analytical and data management capabilities with large employee datasets.
• Experience supporting organization design and workforce planning initiatives.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience developing executive-level presentations and decision materials.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, project management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central owner for workforce data, analytics, and reporting to support integration planning and execution.
• Develop workforce dashboards, reports, and analytics to support leadership decisions.
• Analyze workforce composition, structure, talent distribution, and integration impacts.
• Support organization design scenarios and assess impacts on cost, structure, and execution.
• Track leadership decisions and align planning assumptions across initiatives.
• Prepare executive-ready reports and materials for governance and decision forums.
