Job summary

Brink's Incorporated is seeking a Director of Integration Management Office to lead enterprise integration governance, strategy, and execution across multiple workstreams. The role demands strong consulting and PMO leadership to drive Day 1/Day 100 priorities, risk management, and executive alignment.

You will establish the IMO governance model, build repeatable playbooks, and partner with senior leaders to deliver synergies and operational readiness across the integration program.

Qualifications

• 7–12+ years of experience in management consulting, integration management, transformation, corporate strategy, or enterprise PMO leadership.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional integration or transformation programs.
• M&A integration, carve-out, outsourcing transition, or enterprise operating model change experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end integration management across the business.
• Translate transaction or transition objectives into an executable integration roadmap with clear milestones, owners, and dependencies.
• Drive business accountability to ensure timely execution against pre‑execution planning, integration plans, synergy targets, and Day 1 / Day 100 priorities.
