Zusammenfassung

The Nuclear Company is seeking a Director of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) to lead enterprise HSE across The Nuclear Company and TNC Services. You will shape strategy, policies, programs, and governance, and personally drive implementation in corporate operations, greenfield projects, construction, and field services.

This hands-on role blends enterprise strategy with immediate execution, serving as the primary HSE resource as the function grows, and requires regular hybrid presence

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of progressive HSE leadership experience in nuclear, energy, construction, manufacturing, or similarly regulated operations.
• Experience building or scaling an enterprise HSE management system across multisite operations.
• Hands-on experience with OSHA requirements, environmental compliance, incident investigation and corrective actions.

Aufgaben

• Enterprise HSE Leadership: Build and own the enterprise HSE function across The Nuclear Company and TNC Services, including strategy, policies, programs, governance, and performance measures.
• HSE Systems & Human Performance: Establish and continuously improve enterprise standards for safety leadership, Human Performance, job hazard analysis, pre-job briefs, stop-work authority, contractor safety, industrial hygiene, occupational health, corrective actions.
• Regulatory, Environmental & External Reporting: Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, state environmental, customer, and nuclear requirements; report metrics to leadership and boards.
• Incident Management & Operational Support: Lead incident response and investigations; oversee root-cause analysis and return-to-work programs.
• Project, Field & Services Integration: Partner with Operations, Engineering, Construction, PM, and TNC Services to embed HSE into projects and field work.
• Technology & Organizational Development: Use AI and NOS to improve risk identification, analytics, and learning; recruit and mentor future team members.
