Job summary

Storm3 is seeking a Director of Agent Product Management, Enterprise & Health Systems to lead hybrid work deployments in California. You will manage complex health-system implementations, guide high-performance teams, and shape implementation methodologies to improve patient access and care optimization.

You’ll lead end-to-end enterprise deployments, build relationships with senior health-system stakeholders, and influence product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years’ experience in consulting, implementation, or enterprise delivery within healthcare.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale SaaS deployments in health systems or IDNs.
• Deep, hands-on Epic integration experience at scale.
• Exceptional multi-workstream program management skills.
• Strong people-management and leadership abilities.
• Executive presence and credibility with senior health-system stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with experience developing and presenting portfolio insights.
• Ability to navigate complex IT, security, and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex health system implementations, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder relationships to ensure successful deployment.
• Build, develop, and mentor a high-performance team of implementation professionals and project managers.
• Develop and refine execution playbooks, processes, and best practices to streamline operations.
• Serve as executive relationship owner, engaging C-suite leaders and driving strategic alignment.
• Oversee analytics and reporting, translating portfolio data into actionable insights for leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to inform product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.
• Manage systemic risks and ensure quality and security compliance across initiatives.
