You will shape and execute strategic sales plans, establish trusted executive relationships, and present compelling business cases for advanced clinical and revenue management solutions.

The role targets enterprise deals in healthcare systems, requiring deep revenue cycle and clinical workflow knowledge.

Qualifications

• Extensive healthcare system sales experience (enterprise) with senior executives.
• Strong consultative selling and ability to influence C-suite decisions.
• Knowledge of revenue cycle management or clinical efficiency in healthcare tech.
• Experience managing multi-threaded enterprise deals and pipelines.
• Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales activities within a regional or national territory and manage client relationships.
• Develop and implement strategic plans for client acquisition and growth.
• Perform needs assessments and build persuasive business cases for stakeholders.
• Negotiate with C-suite executives, addressing objections and gaining consensus.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales tools and messaging.
• Manage a pipeline of high-value opportunities to ensure deal progression.
