DataCore Software Corporation in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Director of Product Management for the enterprise file system portfolio. You will own the strategy, roadmap, and P&L for file system products across on-prem, edge, and cloud deployments, partnering with engineering, sales, and finance to drive growth.

Qualifications

12+ years of product management experience, including 5+ years in a director role.
Deep technical expertise in file system architecture, distributed storage, and HPC.
Proven track record launching enterprise infrastructure products across on-prem, edge, and cloud.
P&L ownership with revenue targets, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking, driven by data and customer insights.

Responsibilities

Define multi-year product strategy for the enterprise file system portfolio.
Own end-to-end P&L, portfolio lifecycle, and investment decisions.
Lead cross-functional partnerships with Engineering, Sales, CMO, and Finance.
Drive market positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
Develop and mentor a high-performing product management team.
