Job summary

Everpure is seeking a Director of Security Product Management for the FlashArray platform to lead the security portfolio, set long-range objectives, budgeting, and resource plans, and partner with executive leadership to turn rigorous security standards into a competitive advantage for global customers.

• Experience leading security product teams and shaping product strategy.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise security protocols, encryption, IAM, and zero-trust architectures.
• Strong understanding of global security compliance (NIST, FedRAMP, FIPS, GDPR).
• Excellent executive communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Team Management: Build, coach, and direct a team of product managers for the security portfolio.
• Product Vision & Portfolio Strategy: Own multi-year security roadmap including encryption, IAM, and zero-trust frameworks.
• Compliance & Regulatory Program Delivery: Drive certifications such as FIPS, Common Criteria, and FedRAMP.
• Resilience & Vulnerability Governance: Oversee threat-response protocols and patch lifecycle to safeguard uptime.
• Executive & Commercial Alignment: Partner with executives to translate security into enterprise revenue.
