Job summary

University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee is seeking an Enterprise Systems Integration & Development Director to lead the university’s data ecosystem, integrations, and enterprise application development. This role reports to the CIO and drives data governance, modernization, and strategic technology initiatives across the campus.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience managing complex IT or information systems projects.
• Eight or more years of experience leading professional staff.
• Experience directing the design, development, and support of enterprise applications and integration solutions.
• Experience partnering with diverse stakeholders to deliver enterprise-level technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee enterprise data management, data engineering, systems integration, and enterprise application development services.
• Lead planning, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of data platforms, data warehouses, reporting environments, and analytical systems.
• Manage enterprise application integration services, data exchanges, and interoperability among institutional systems.
• Collaborate with campus stakeholders to identify requirements, prioritize initiatives, resolve issues, and deliver technology solutions.
• Establish operational priorities, service standards, project roadmaps, and resource allocation for data and systems integration.
