Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Five+ years in enterprise systems architecture, administration, or integration.
• Proven leadership of technical personnel or cross-functional teams.
• Experience with MSSQL and modern integration methods including REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, ETL/ELT.
• Ability to deliver complex enterprise projects from initiation to adoption.

Responsibilities

• Define ERP roadmap, architecture standards, and lifecycle management for enterprise systems.
• Translate institutional priorities into operational plans, SLAs, and measurable technology outcomes.
• Establish standard operating procedures and change-management protocols.
• Promote modern software and integration practices for availability, performance, security, and data integrity.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of enterprise applications and integration professionals.
• Oversee data integration across platforms using APIs, batch pipelines, and middleware.
• Partner with Registrar, Financial Aid, Finance, HR, Admissions, and others to improve workflows.
• Support data governance, reporting, and operational data stores for reliable decision-making.
• Serve as senior escalation point for critical incidents with root-cause analysis and stakeholder communication.
• Oversee portfolio using structured PM methodologies; manage vendor relationships and contracts.
