Job summary

Seattle Public Schools seeks a Director of Enterprise Applications, Data & Analytics to lead SAP, ERP, BI, and data governance across Finance, HR, Payroll, and operations. You will align technology with SPS strategic priorities, manage data architecture, dashboards, and reporting, and drive modernization, data quality, and regulatory compliance while guiding a team and coordinating with district leaders.

Qualifications

• Ten years of progressively responsible experience in enterprise technology, BI, data warehouse, reporting, analytics, or related functions.
• Five years of management experience leading professional, technical, and/or supervisory staff.
• Experience managing enterprise business applications supporting Data/BI, Finance, HR, Payroll, Procurement, or other operational functions.
• Experience developing technology roadmaps, strategic plans, and governance processes.
• Experience managing vendor relationships, contracts, and professional service engagements.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for enterprise data platforms, SAP systems, and reporting.
• Oversee data warehouse, analytics, integrations, and dashboards.
• Direct staff, budgets, vendors, and contractors; ensure reliability and excellence.
• Establish standards, governance, and development methodologies for data solutions.
• Collaborate with district leaders to align technology with priorities.
• Lead personnel development, performance management, and succession planning.
