Job summary

Consumer Direct Care Network seeks a Director of Enterprise Data to lead the organization’s data strategy, governance, and utilization. You will partner with senior leadership, IT, data teams, and business units to drive insights and decisions across the enterprise.

The role emphasizes governance, architecture, and analytics leadership, with a focus on privacy, security, and scalable data infrastructure to enable data-driven decisions across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/data science or analytics; master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in data management, analytics or BI with 5+ years in leadership.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, management, and analytics frameworks.
• Experience with cloud data architectures such as data lakes and warehouses.
• Familiarity with Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Hadoop, AWS, and Azure.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience with data privacy, security regulations, and compliance.
• Ability to work flexible and/or extended hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy aligned with business goals.
• Ensure data governance policies ensure accuracy, privacy, and security.
• Lead data management processes, standards, and procedures.
• Oversee privacy/compliance initiatives to meet GDPR/CCPA requirements.
• Design and implement data architecture and infrastructure support.
• Collaborate with IT/engineering to scale data systems (lakes, warehouses, cloud).
• Ensure data is stored securely and is easily accessible for integration.
