Job summary

UMass Chan Medical School is seeking a Director of Enterprise Data & Analytics to lead enterprise reporting and analytics strategy. Define and execute enterprise analytics strategy aligned with priorities.
Lead architecture and evolution of data platforms (Fabric, Power BI).
Govern analytics operating model with centralized and federated ownership.
Oversee data integration, pipelines, and data governance standards.
Deliver enterprise dashboards, reports, and analytics with reliability.
Measure adoption and impact, drive continuous improvement.
