Boston Scientific Corporation seeks a Director of Data & AI Portfolio to partner with Data & AI leaders and shape the enterprise AI strategy. You will establish governance, lead portfolio management capabilities and drive investments that deliver measurable business value.

The role requires senior-level collaboration, strategic thinking, financial acumen, and change leadership. The position may be based in Marlborough, MA or Arden Hills, MN.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related field.
• 10+ years in strategy, transformation, or portfolio management.
• Experience leading enterprise strategic initiatives and cross‑functional programs.
• Understanding of Data and AI capabilities and business value realization.
• Ability to influence senior executives and drive alignment in large matrix organizations.
• Experience evaluating strategic investments and managing enterprise portfolios.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and lead enterprise Data & AI portfolio management with strategic alignment and governance.
• Develop portfolio processes to track progress, investments, adoption and value realization.
• Create executive reports and dashboards to support investment decisions.
• Identify and shape high-impact AI opportunities addressing business challenges and value.
• Lead structured engagement processes to evaluate and prioritize AI initiatives.
• Develop assessment frameworks for alignment, feasibility and resources.
• Maintain a transparent, prioritized pipeline of Data & AI initiatives across functions.
• Guide strategic planning and resource allocation toward high-impact initiatives.
• Lead executive communications to build awareness and support for AI priorities.
• Address barriers to AI adoption while promoting responsible AI practices.
• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing team across strategy and transformation.
