lululemon in Seattle is seeking a Principal AI/ML Engineer to define and drive enterprise-scale AI initiatives across the organization's data and AI platforms. You will shape the AI strategy, design the enterprise AI platform, and partner with architects, product leaders, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, responsible AI solutions.

This hands-on technical leadership role requires deep expertise in ML systems, generative AI, MLOps, and cloud tooling.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing and operating enterprise-scale AI systems.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional AI initiatives with measurable impact.
• Expert coding and production-grade ML capabilities.
• Strong knowledge of governance, privacy, and responsible AI.
• Experience with Python, Spark, Airflow, and MLOps tooling.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive enterprise AI strategies and platform architecture.
