Salesforce is seeking a CSM Director to lead Signature Success plan delivery across a team of Customer Success Managers. You will research, synthesize market intelligence and customer feedback to shape strategy and actions that drive tangible outcomes.

The role requires a customer-centric leader who hires, coaches, and grows a high-performing CS team, manages portfolios, and partners with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Services to drive adoption and retention.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related fields.
• 3–5 years in people management of CS teams.
• Proven cross-functional alignment with Product, Sales, Services, and Engineering.
• Experience leading executive-level initiatives with visibility.
