Bentley Systems is seeking a Director of Corporate Crisis & Risk Readiness to own and execute enterprise risk management and crisis readiness. You will develop playbooks, risk assessments, and simulations while partnering with Legal, IT, Finance, HR, and Investor Relations to safeguard the company, colleagues, and communities.

The role demands strategic leadership and hands-on execution, with hybrid work in Exton, PA and up to 20% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 6–8 years of crisis management, risk, or business continuity experience.
• Experience in a publicly-traded technology company and SEC rules understanding.

Responsabilités

• Lead corporate crisis readiness and enterprise risk practices.
• Develop crisis playbooks, risk frameworks, and governance processes.
• Design multi-tier crisis simulations to test leadership and coordination.
• Oversee crisis signal scanning and AI-enabled monitoring tools.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, IT, Finance, HR, and Investor Relations.
