Job summary

Bentley Systems, Incorporated invites a senior professional to own corporate crisis readiness and enterprise risk management. The role focuses on governance-aligned playbooks, risk assessments, and practical action plans to safeguard the company and stakeholders.

The Director will run simulations, establish monitoring tools, and coordinate with Legal, Compliance, IT, Finance, HR, and Investor Relations. Hybrid work with up to 20% travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field; robust crisis/risk background.
• 6-8 years in crisis management, resilience, risk, continuity, or related areas.
• At least 2 years in risk/crisis at a technology or public company; SEC awareness a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate crisis readiness and enterprise risk practices aligned with governance requirements.
• Develop and maintain crisis playbooks, risk assessments, and mitigation plans.
• Design multi-tier crisis simulations to test leadership and cross-functional response.
• Build and maintain crisis signal scanning and alerting tools, including AI-enabled monitoring.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, IT, Finance, HR, IR, and other teams for risk outcomes.
