Job summary
CoreCivic in Brentwood, TN seeks a Director, Enterprise Operations to define and execute the enterprise strategy for cloud, hybrid, and on-premise data centers. You will lead digital transformation, cloud migrations, and automation, supervising a team and ensuring service availability and resilience.
This role requires strong leadership, ITIL expertise, and extensive experience with large-scale IT operations, including DevOps, security, and vendor management—onsite four days per week in
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field required.
- 5+ years in IT Operations and infrastructure engineering with leadership experience.
- Experience managing small to medium technology projects.
- ITIL v3/v4 Foundation/Expert certification required.
- MSCE certification preferred.
- Proficiency in server and storage technologies, AD, Azure, and related tools.
Responsibilities
- Ensure high system availability, performance, and uptime against SLAs.
- Oversee major incident response, root cause analysis, and disaster recovery.
- Lead DevOps/CI-CD and Infrastructure as Code initiatives.
- Manage enterprise systems, storage, and identity management.
- Develop project plans, budgets, and procure components.
- Coach team and drive best practices in enterprise operations.
