Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Criminal Justice or related field.
• Five years of correctional supervisory experience.
• Experience with proposal process and contract negotiations preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide operations guidance for partnerships and study, evaluate strategies.
• Direct proposal development and respond to government inquiries.
• Develop responses to inquiries from government partners.
• Promote development of new and resourceful partnership ideas.
• Evaluate opportunities considering financials, capabilities and strategy.
