Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking an experienced Director of Benefits to shape the strategy and future direction of benefits across a growing, multi-brand organization. The Director will lead enterprise governance, administration, and evolution of health and welfare, retirement, leave, time off, wellness, and employee support programs.

This role is based in Atlanta, GA with hybrid office requirements and relocation consideration.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years of progressive benefits experience with 5–8 direct leadership roles.
• Broad expertise across health and welfare, retirement, leave, and wellness.
• Experience designing and executing enterprise benefits strategy.
• Strong governance, compliance, and risk management knowledge (ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA).
• Proven vendor management with brokers, carriers, and TPAs.

Responsibilities

• Set and execute enterprise benefits strategy across brands.
• Lead design, evaluation, and optimization of health, retirement, wellness, leave, and employee support programs.
• Oversee benefits administration across internal teams, vendors, and partners.
• Lead acquisitions-related benefits integration and harmonization.
• Manage budgets and financial stewardship of benefits programs.
• Lead annual enrollment and benefits education across brands.
