Job summary

The Bridgespan Group is seeking an experienced Director, Business Applications to lead strategy, delivery, operation, and ongoing development of Bridgespan’s core business applications. The role centers on CRM and ERP systems, including Microsoft Dynamics and Workday, with potential expansion to other tools.

You will lead a multidisciplinary team, manage external partners, and balance in-house versus outsourced capabilities to maximize value, reliability, and security of critical business

Qualifications

• Lead strategy, roadmap, delivery, administration, reliability of enterprise business applications.
• Oversee MS Dynamics CRM and Workday ERP; potential for additional systems.
• Manage external partners and balance internal vs outsourced capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the business applications strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team of product managers, analysts, admins, and engineers.
• Oversee external partners and managed services with clear governance.
• Ensure secure, reliable, and well-documented systems and data.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Marketing to align requirements and investments.
• Drive adoption, ROI, and continuous improvement of enterprise applications.
