As the first AI leader, you will shape the AI Center of Excellence, collaborate with IT, Operations, and portfolio companies, and drive scalable AI capabilities.

You will develop a multi-year roadmap, align with executive leadership, define metrics, and ensure responsible AI adoption across data, security, and governance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technology leadership with AI, data, or analytics programs.
• Experience building enterprise AI governance frameworks.
• Proven ability to move AI projects from pilots to production with measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead TriplePoint's enterprise AI strategy, roadmap, and governance.
• Establish AI risk management framework and ensure responsible adoption.
• Lead the AI Center of Excellence and define performance metrics.
• Partner with Cybersecurity, IT, and Enterprise Architecture to align with standards.
• Build scalable AI opportunities across operating companies and drive business value.
