Qualifications

• 7+ years building and scaling AI software products for large audiences.
• 4+ years building AI and generative AI systems, including deploying and monitoring LLM apps.
• 3+ years hands-on experience with LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, workflow orchestration and MCP.
• 3+ years owner of an applied AI product domain driving business outcomes.
• 7+ years of Python experience; strong PySpark, Spark, PyTorch, Scala, FastAPI skills.
• Experience building AI products that support healthcare decision-making.
• Experience building AI platforms for healthcare clients or within healthcare industry.
• Experience with Databricks or Snowflake.
• Executive communication and cross-functional leadership in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Define the AI platform and transformation roadmap aligned to business priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Prioritize AI opportunities across Clinical Ops, Commercial, Finance, Customer Care, Manufacturing, Quality, R&D, and enterprise functions.
• Lead discovery through production launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Architect and scale AI apps and platforms using generative AI, LLMs, RAG, agents, workflow orchestration, and model evaluation.
• Partner with Data Platform and Engineering to create governed data products with metadata and data quality.
• Establish standards for reliability, autoscaling, performance, security, privacy, testing, monitoring, and cost control.
• Build business cases, governance playbooks, and executive reporting.
• Lead and grow teams and vendor partnerships while driving AI literacy and adoption.
