Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in technology and engineering, 5+ years leading platform/AI teams.

• Define and deliver the enterprise AI platform strategy, roadmap, and engineering execution.
• Build reusable platform capabilities for secure AI delivery across the enterprise.
• Establish scalable frameworks for model and agent enablement, orchestration, and knowledge grounding services.
• Lead high-performing platform engineering teams and set technical direction.
• Embed governance, safety patterns, and controls into AI delivery pipelines.
