Job summary

GAF Materials Corp. seeks a Director of AI and Intelligent Automation to architect and drive the organization’s AI journey. Reporting to the VP of Data and AI, you will own the AI execution strategy, portfolio prioritization, and cross‑functional delivery aligned with business goals.

You will lead a team building Generative/Agentic AI solutions, establish governance, and ensure security and data privacy standards. A Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years’ AI leadership experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years relevant experience in AI leadership and implementation.
• Experience leading enterprise AI initiatives across functions.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the enterprise AI roadmap and execution strategy.
• Oversee Generative & Agentic AI solutions, including RAG repositories and multi-agent workflows.
• Establish governance, risk management, and success metrics for AI deployments.
• Lead Data and AI enablement programs and collaborate with security, legal, and procurement.
