Job summary

Hanwha Defense USA in Rosslyn, VA, is seeking a Director of Enterprise AI Business Applications to own and scale the internal AI-enabled application ecosystem.

You will lead the internal application team, own product backlog, manage SaaS and on-premise software, and set technical standards for a portfolio that ships, with a focus on AI-enabled delivery and maintainability over three years.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including mentoring others.
• Hands-on CI/CD experience and production-grade delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own the full portfolio of HDUSA business applications, across their lifecycle from selection/design through sustainment and retirement.
• Serve as escalation point for any application issue and drive to resolution.
• Evaluate, select, integrate, and manage SaaS tools and major platforms including vendor relations and licenses.
• Maintain a clear view of what the company runs, costs, data, and connections.
• Financial understanding of product ROI and ability to deploy value across the ecosystem.
