Job summary

Hanwha Defense USA seeks an Information Systems Manager to lead enterprise systems, data warehouse initiatives, and AI-enabled workflows. You will own Costpoint, SAP, and related tools, ensuring data integrity and compliant processes across finance, contracts, and programs.

The role requires hands-on development, governance, and collaboration with cross-functional teams, with a pathway to build and lead a growing IS/IT team.

Qualifications

• 7 to 12+ years in enterprise systems, ERP implementation, or leadership.
• Government contracting experience with fielded ERP systems is preferred.
• Hands-on with Deltek Costpoint is required; GCCM version preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and sustain HDUSA enterprise systems, focusing on costpoint and SAP.
• Lead internal technical ownership and manage system integrators when used.
• Define requirements, data standards, and reporting for program awards and Cobra.
• Build and extend the internal process/workflow platform for approvals and cross-functional execution.
