Job summary

Sodexo in Deerfield, IL is seeking a National Account Executive to drive strategic plans, strengthen client relationships, and ensure financial targets are met. You will partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to develop yearly client strategies and optimize service delivery.

As an individual contributor, you will leverage data and market insights to uncover opportunities while collaborating with sales, marketing, finance and supply partners to deliver exceptional client value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of national account management with executive-level client relationships.
• Deep understanding of GPO environments, contract negotiation, compliance, and value delivery.
• Experience with national distributors or large-scale food manufacturers; strong supply chain knowledge.
• Advanced negotiation, financial analysis, and performance metric management skills.

Manage and strengthen relationships with Entegra’s food and beverage clients, delivering exceptional service and support. Partner with leadership and cross-functional support team to both develop and execute yearly client strategic plans.

About The Job

Drive strategic impact by developing and executing business plans that align with organizational goals and client needs. As a National Account Executive, you’ll lead initiatives that strengthen client relationships, optimize service delivery, and ensure financial targets are met. Collaborate across sales, marketing, finance, and supply partners while serving as the primary point of contact for national accounts, using data and market insights to uncover growth opportunities and deliver exceptional client value. The role of an individual contributor within the organization focuses on completing specific tasks and projects; contributing directly through their skills and expertise. Performs specialized technical tasks to support operations. Work is primarily achieved independently, however may collaborate with a team.

Pay Range

$127585 per year - $165110 per year

Incentive Eligibility

Eligible to participate in Sodexo's incentive plan and earn variable compensation in addition to base salary
