You will set long-term technical strategy and balance safety, quality, and supply with cost efficiency.

You will build a high-performing organization, manage budgets, and collaborate across Quality, Digital/Automation, Supply Chain, and Capital Projects to deliver continuous improvements and regulatory

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree with 4+ years of engineering experience.
• Master’s degree with 8+ years of engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of engineering experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for Engineering, Automation, Maintenance, and Instrumentation functions.
• Ensure safe, reliable, and compliant performance of manufacturing equipment and systems.
• Lead site asset-management, maintenance programs, and lifecycle management.
