You will drive strategic site engineering initiatives, ensure GMP compliance, and balance safety, reliability, and cost across a complex drug-substance manufacturing operation.

Qualifications

• Doctorate, 4+ years engineering leadership experience.
• Master's, 8+ years engineering leadership experience.
• Bachelor's, 10+ years engineering leadership experience.
• 4+ years' experience directly managing people or leading teams, projects, or resources.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for Engineering, Automation, Maintenance, and Instrumentation.
• Ensure safe, reliable, and compliant performance of manufacturing equipment and systems.
• Establish asset-management, maintenance, calibration, and lifecycle programs.
