Job summary

IGS Energy seeks a seasoned regulatory and legislative leader to guide federal and state energy policy strategy. You will advocate before FERC and PJM, coordinate with leadership, and translate complex policy changes into actionable business decisions.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of FERC, PJM, and interstate natural gas regulation.
  • Experience drafting regulatory comments, testimony, or policy analyses.
  • Ability to translate complex regulatory concepts into actionable business recommendations.
  • Proven ability to advocate before regulators and policymakers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute advocacy strategies before FERC, PJM, federal agencies, and legislative bodies.
  • Represent IGS in PJM stakeholder meetings, FERC proceedings, and industry groups.
  • Collaborate with external counsel, consultants, and industry partners to support filings.
  • Monitor proposed regulations and summarize regulatory developments affecting wholesale energy markets.
  • Lead development of regulatory positions, comments, testimony, and policy recommendations for IGS.
