Job summary

BD is seeking an experienced operations leader in Covington, GA to own the end-to-end product value stream and ISC operating model. You will partner with Global ISC Strategy, BU Supply Chain, and regional teams to translate customer needs into supply chain capabilities and value.

The role involves shaping manufacturing capacity, technology choices, and the go-to-market approach for key product lines. You will lead cross-functional execution, manage milestones, and drive sustainability

Qualifications

End-to-end product value stream management experience.
Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and planning.
Financial acumen and ability to align cost, service and cash goals.
Data-driven decision making and change management experience.

Responsibilities

Own the ISC operating model for the platform and product value stream management, reporting to the VP GM.
Lead design and implementation of the product value stream to maximize customer value and business outcomes.
Collaborate with BU Supply Chain, Platform Business Team and Regional leaders to shape go-to-market strategies.
Define KPIs, model demand, and develop a fit-for-purpose end-to-end supply chain network.
Drive manufacturing capacity planning, automation decisions and long-term surge planning.
Support sustainability initiatives and CO2 reduction per product line.
