• Define and lead global enabling technology strategy and portfolio priorities.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle from concept through launch and optimization.
• Translate surgeon needs into differentiated, scalable solutions with ROI.
• Drive launch readiness across product, training, supply chain, regulatory, and sales.
