Job summary

Enovis is seeking an experienced Enabling Technologies Technical Lead to drive the development of augmented reality orthopedic navigation and robotics integrations for knee and shoulder applications. You will lead multidisciplinary teams across electrical, mechanical, software, and biomedical engineering, shaping system architecture and product strategy from concept to commercialization.

Responsibilities include defining interfaces, mitigating technical risks, and ensuring compliance with FDA

Qualifications

• Strong systems engineering background integrating software, electronics, mechanical systems, and algorithms.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide multidisciplinary technical leadership across electrical, mechanical, software, and systems engineering.
• Define system architecture and drive integration across navigation and robotic technologies.
• Guide engineering teams through concept to commercialization with focus on safety and efficacy of medical devices.
• Collaborate with Clinical, Product Management, Quality, Regulatory Affairs and Manufacturing to translate objectives into requirements and plans.
• Support verification, validation, usability engineering, design transfer, and regulatory compliance activities.
